On March 23, Vice President of the Federated States of Micronesia, Mr. Aaron Palik, accompanied by his spouse, leads a delegation to visit Dongfang Electronics Corporation (DFE). The delegation explores DFE’s experimental demonstration center and learns about the company’s innovative initiatives and global applications in new power systems and green, low-carbon technologies.

Fang Zhengji, chairman of DFE, highlights the company’s expertise in providing advanced solutions for microgrids in new power systems. He explains how these solutions offer replicable technical paths and strong support for the development of international zero-carbon islands.
During the visit, both parties engage in in-depth discussions on energy transformation in island nations. Vice President Palik expresses admiration for DFE’s achievements in green and low-carbon innovation. He shows great interest in DFE’s “International Zero-Carbon Island Cooperation Organization New Power System Solution” and plans to introduce it back in Micronesia for further study. Palik also shares his hope to adopt this solution to support Micronesia’s sustainable energy development.
